Request for Credit (RFC) Terms & Conditions
Components, parts, equipment, or related items must be inspected, fitted/ installed by a qualified technician to perform the proper fitment/ installation. Any part must first be inspected, before signing the goods receipt note and accepting the part. Parts (excluding electrical parts) supplied correctly won’t be returned if accepted and signed for. Second Hand Headlights should be plugged in and checked upon delivery to ensure that they are in full working condition. RFCs will ONLY be approved if: 1. Requested within 7 (Seven) days of delivery, including weekends, and parts are incorrect, or electronic part failure. 2. Incorrect parts will only be accepted if proper pictures are submitted with the RFC request, comparing the difference between the parts supplied and the current part on the vehicle if available. Clear photos must be uploaded. RFC won't be allowed if: 1. Purchaser acquired the part elsewhere (eg OEM/Aftermarket) and we already supplied the part. 2. The part has been (and not limited to) partially or entirely disassembled, physically altered, Installed/affixed/attached/joined/added to/blended or combined within other goods or property, tampered with, modified, stripped, or opened in any way. 3. No cut sections will be taken back. 4. All returns must have a valid and detailed reason with photos to accompany this request. 5. No return will occur with verbal instruction or handwritten notes and item exchanges as well need to go through formal return procedures – (Uploaded on this Eeziparts RFC form) 6. Please be aware that your return may be subject to handling and collection fees on Alternate parts. If not returned in original packaging. If applicable the handling fee will be deducted from your credit due. 7. Write Off’s will not be accepted – This should be arranged with the insurance. EeziParts reserves the right to collect and supply a replacement part, if available before any RFC is allowed. You acknowledge that all items are second-hand items and or Alternative and is sold without any guarantee or warranty on its performance or condition. All Items are sold Voetstoots (As Is) and you hereby indemnify Eeziparts against any and all claims, regardless of their nature or cause, arising in connection with these parts.
